Having more than 25 years of technical staffing experience spanning most aspects of recruitment and human resources, Lisa joined our team in 2016.  As Vice President of Talent Acquisition, she leads the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition plans and is continuously looking for opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency in the areas of Recruiting and Human Resources.

FastTek provides IT and engineering resource and staffing solutions, executive search expertise, contract-to-hire programs, consulting services, managed services and off-shore sourcing options.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and loves to return to campus to cheer on the Spartans!  She is a member of the Michigan Counsel of Women in Technology (MCWT), Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is certified in Technical Staffing. 

Outside of the workplace, Lisa is very involved in her community and local school district.  From regularly volunteering to help those in need of food relief to the role of Booster President and Social Media Chair for the High School Hockey team, she is always looking for ways to give back.

Speaks lives in Bloomfield Hills with her husband, Gregg and two children, Andrew and Anna.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys cooking, traveling, running, and spending time outdoors.  You can often find her watching her children at a tennis or volleyball match, hockey game or dance competition.
