The MCWT Scholarship Program
MCWT provides scholarships to women who have the interest, aptitude and potential for a successful career in computer science. In 2020, the MCWT scholar class included 43 recipients; those scholarships had a value of $134,000. Since 2006, MCWT provided 204 women with scholarships totaling more than $1.3 million.

The Downtown Boxing Gym currently serves more than 150 students between the ages of 8 and 18. DBG students come from 30 different zip codes and 57 schools across Detroit and nearby suburbs. Programs are 100% free to all students and DBG's ever growing wait list now exceeds 1,300 children. Through education, athletics, mentorship and intervention, the Downtown Boxing Gym empowers Detroit students to be positive and productive members of society. FastTek Global is proud to work with and support DBG!

Nike Reuse-A-Shoe
In 2019 FastTek Global donated more than 250 shoes to the Nike Reuse-A-Shoe project. Nike Reuse-A-Shoe is a sneaker recycling program that collects end of life footwear from consumers and transforms them into Nike Grind, a suite of high-performance materials made from recycled footwear and manufacturing scrap.

In 2019 FastTek Global went green. We took it upon ourselves to reduce our waste, recycle and reuse all our paper products, turn off our lights as often as possible, use energy saving lightbulbs, unplug our electronic devices once charged and use less water.

At FastTek Global, health of our team members is a number one priority. We are different because we care! Our internal team frequently takes breaks in the office to do squats or take a walking meeting around our building. Our record for squats done in one day is 345, squats isn't that impressive!
