Howard is a Sales and Management professional with over twenty years’ experience in Information Technology and Consulting services. Responsible for identifying and fulfilling Fortune 500 client IT projects and staffing requirements. Strong at developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with hiring managers and senior level executives. Excellent communication skills. He has managed a staff of up to 100 consultants including Project Managers, Systems Developers, Business Analysts, Database Architects, Web Developers, Network Administrators and Programmers generating $10 Million plus in annual gross revenues.
In 2009, Howard joined our team as a Senior Account Manager and then a Senior Account Director. In his early years in the IT industry, Howard was a programmer analyst, working in mainframe environments, for various companies including General Motors, The Teamsters, and Ford Motor Credit. Howard accepted a promotion from the field for an internal supervisory role, supporting the field staff for several IT staffing companies. That promotion led him into a more senior management roles.

Howard earned his Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and is a proud Spartan.
Howard lives in West Bloomfield, Michigan with his wife, Sue and vacations regularly in northern Michigan near Traverse City. He has two adult children. In his spare time, he enjoys bike riding, hiking in northern Michigan, kayaking and spending time with family and friends.
