Molly began her career in staffing right after her graduation from Michigan State University in 1995.  She started out as a recruiter then moved into a Senior Account Manager in the Chicagoland area where she successfully built a winning territory from scratch.  She joined FastTek Global in 2019 and has done both recruiting and account management and new business development.  Molly’s primary responsibilities are managing and growing current accounts as well as developing new business.  Molly holds a Bachelor Degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities and is a proud Spartan.
