Sugra joined our team in 2020 as a Regional Executive Director. Sugra brings over a decade of enterprise sales leadership with broad multifunctional experience in Hybrid Services Delivery, Solution Selling, Digital Transformation, Automation, National Program Management and Strategy. She is a passionate leader responsible for strategic direction, vision, growth and performance while having a deep sense of purpose & dedication.

FastTek Global provides IT and engineering resource and staffing solutions, executive search expertise, contract-to-hire programs, consulting services, managed services and offshore sourcing options.

Naqvi earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University.

Sugra is a mentor at WIT (Women in Technology). She has been volunteering her time at TechBridge for the last 7 years and this past year joined their Sponsorship Committee to help raise funds to eliminate generational poverty. She is on the board of TAG (Technology Association of Georgia) Supply Chain and Logistics.

She resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, reading, DIY projects, and painting.
