  • Develop and maintain complex SharePoint lists and pages with multiple workflows, focused views, and specific access
  • Develop and provide solutions for issues as needed
  • Follow the Customer Literature schedule milestones
  • Support the implementation of Power BI dashboards for Customer Literature
  • Explore, learn, and innovate new tools and solutions to improve Customer Literature processes
  • Maintain records per company Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) record retention policy for all programs and development phases and ensure this information remains accessible to us.
  • Work with Customer Literature team members to determine publications needed for each program
  • Extract lists of owner manual titles from our content management system and align to reviewer names
  • Explain all process tool features to other team members, train new team members, and refresh training as needed
  • Provide program status reports as needed
  • Test new and current tools and features before deployment
  • Follow all established departmental processes
  • Attend meetings as required

Required Qualifications
  • Proficient with SharePoint, Excel, Power Query, MS Teams, and SharePoint tools (e.g., Workflows, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives without direct supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and harmoniously with others
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a production-based environment with adherence to strict delivery schedule timing
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in both virtual and in-person work environments
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years or more of work experience with business data analysis and project execution
  • Experience in IT project management, requirements definition, process definition, testing, and IT strategy development
  • Experience with layout software such as FrameMaker
  • Familiar with XML and DITA tagging and authoring software
  • Experience working with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Development experience/background
  • Proficient with Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of Visio or other process flow tools
  • Ability to facilitate sessions with end users, ask probing questions to elicit business process discussion, and create process flow diagrams
  • Ability to train users and document processes
  • SharePoint certification is a plus
  • SQL and HTML knowledge
 
Work Site Description: Hybrid role - Work from home with some training in Warren, Mi
and some onsite meetings/team functions
