- Supporting multiple companies and recruiters throughout the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
- Review jobs to be posted for accuracy; post and assign to proper recruiter
- Coordinate interviews; hiring team / candidate availability, including room, phone, video, and welcome and escort candidates for onsite interviews when applicable
- Manage ad-hoc issues such as scheduling conflicts, delays and interviewer no shows
- Coordinate close out calls; attend when applicable
- Prepare job offer letters
- Perform background checks
- Assist candidates with on boarding training and documents
- Partner with on boarding team for semi-monthly hiring events
- Applicant Tracking and HRIS gatekeeper to ensure data accuracy
- Experience working in an ATS and HRIS is strongly preferred; even better if Jobvite / Workday Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus
- Passion for people and candidate experience
- Operates with a growth mindset and finds enjoyment in iteration and process improvements
