Skills & Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates IT activities and reporting for application support teams, reporting on progress to management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors the execution of project implementations including work plans, functional and technical designs, construction testing, implementation and financials.
- Provides both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks, and issues, and makes recommendations on project decisions to Program Manager and Senior Management.
- Work with established team to produce desired results
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years minimum experience IT related experience
- Prefer Project Management certificate (PMP)
- Prefer Certifications in Clarity and ITIL Foundations
- 2 years of experience in managing small scale projects
- Strong project management skills with the demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple small projects in a cross-functional environment
- Strong understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management
- Proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall/SDLC methodologies
- Ability to influence those not within direct control
- Excellent ability to prioritize work by dividing time, attention, and effort between current project workload and ongoing support tasks
Skills requested:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent communications and critical skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to accurately review and complete detail oriented information
- Ability to take responsibility and function under minimal supervision
- Ability to work with wide range of people
- Strong Microsoft Professional Suite experience
