Job Description:
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, implementing and expediting activities in a specific operational area, a test laboratory or administrative environment.
- Work involves a number of different kinds of technical or administrative support duties.
- Work involves considerable creativity, perception and initiative.
- Gathers and analyze data, make reports, prepare plans and recommendations.
- Decisions made based on established policies and procedures.
- Performs administrative duties and initiates, develops, maintains, implements, and interprets policies and procedures in the assigned organizational unit.

Skills Required
- Strong communication skills. Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Ability to organize, plan and document tasks.
- Sufficient analytical ability to resolve problems which are somewhat complex.
- Knowledge of basic technology in area to which assigned.
- Knowledge of product lines and commodities preferred.
- Proficient PC skills to include word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Skills Preferred
- Audit and verify to ensure manufacturing changes from product engineering and internal plant changes have been implemented successfully into the plants.
- Verify required manufacturing checklist items are complete and compliant per the Global Procedures for each of the 84 checklist items.
- Knowledge and understanding of Global Procedures.
- Audit and release controlled documents into PLM.
- Attend Change Review Board meetings to help translate product requirements into manufacturing requirements to develop the manufacturing checklist/plan for new changes to the plants.
- Report out to plant staff on ARA change notice status (passed and failed).
- Help train and coach process owners how to navigate through PLM and CMII principles.
- Ultimately, ensuring we meet customer requirements and expectations to produce a quality product for our customers.
Experience Required
- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience.
Education Required
- College graduate required in business.
