Job Description:
- Our growing e-commerce team is looking for a digital experience specialist who will take ownership of the oversight, management, and delivery of complex digital content, including our upcoming platform migration.
- A successful candidate will work with stakeholders across the business to plan, manage, and lead projects and programs across multiple experiences.
Accountability:
- Optimize the user experience of current site and set the strategy for a successful re-platforming, working closely with our agency to oversee its development
- Successfully execute software integrations as well as user testing and analytics
- Manage development team in designing and creating new marketing landing pages and micro-experiences
- Take ownership of site performance and its continued maintenance – adding and optimizing new product listings, documenting the experience journey, and ensuring it is accurate as products evolve and timing or priorities are realigned
Additional Details:
10% Content Syndication and Channel Partner Content Management:
- Work within our content syndication tool to migrate content to our website, including coordination with incoming content from our global PIM system
- Coordinate with stakeholders to launch new models, developing and formatting appropriate assets for each channel.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years relevant experience in digital user experience – project management, CMS system management, content management, with demonstrated success in managing large complex projects
- Strong understanding of user behavior with ability to manage and interpret usability testing
- Ability to multi-task and manage a lot of concurrent projects and systems
- Ability to see the big picture and connect insights to actions
- Understanding of visual asset formats and requirements – design experience is a plus
- Experience within Drupal definitely a plus
- Experience with content syndication definitely a plus
- Ability to effectively present to executives

- Manage the third party tools that connect to our website, including product registration, parts, dealer locator and our customer database (Salesforce) insuring seamless customer experience across our digital landscape
- Identify opportunities for improved experience across platforms and develop efficiencies in integration
- Improve customer experience through close collaboration with support side of the business
