Job Description:
To provide production, business support (shift and on-call), maintenance & SMW to IMG and China market users. Monitor application health and coordinate with relevant teams for issues resolution. Analyze tickets and bring efficiency by identifying automation / improvement opportunities
 
Skills Required:
6+ years experience with IT production support & maintenance, SMW and ITIL (Request fulfilment, Event mgmt, Incident mgmt and Problem mgmt), Oracle, PLSQL.
 
Experience Required:
6+ years experience with IT production support & maintenance projects
 
Education Required:
BE/MCA
