We are looking at Incident Support Engineer to support the Ford Pro products 24 / 7
Skills Required:
Ample knowledge and experience in Incident and Problem Management Experience in setting up performance monitoring dashboards, KPIs, Automated Reports Experience on observability tools such as DataDog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Quantum Metric etc. Good understanding in ITIL concepts and DevOps & SRE based support models Good understanding and hands on ITSM tools and CI-CD Pipelines Hands on experience on the automation efforts and related tools (Autosys, Control-M, ActiveBatch etc.) Ability to understand the customer requirements thoroughly and finish the work independently Ability to conduct RCA independently with Engineers and Stakeholders
Skills Preferred:
Strong understanding in the cloud environments and services Experience or certification in GCP, SRE, ITIL etc. is a plus Hands on experience in scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, JSON etc. is a plus
Experience Required:
More than 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Application support Excellent communication skill, quick learning ability, self confidence Good demonstration and presentation skill Experience in Product and Production Support Willingness to work for 24x7 support model in rotating shifts Good experience in Stakeholder management
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree
