Job Description:
 seeking a Developer to support our IVR Call Flow development team. The position will be part of a PDO team that will be based in Chennai and support contact center call flows across multiple markets. Candidate will develop UCCE call flows utilizing ICM, CVP, and java languages using agile software development processes. The successful candidate will gain experience in implementing complex contact center technology solutions across a number of global markets and business units. Position Duties: • Day to day development of call flows using Cisco ICM/CVP and JAVA scripting. • Software development includes new projects, maintenance, small changes and diagnostics of operational defects delivered in sprints. • Created test driven development using test cases created by automated testing software (Cyara) • Work collaboratively with both infrastructure and development teams to diagnose production support issues
 
Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in IVR call flow development: o CISCO UCCE ICM Scripting o CVP Scripting o JAVA Development Telephony configurations • Strong written and verbal communication skills
 
Skills Preferred:
  • CISCO UCCE certifications (preferred)
 
Experience Required:
  • 7 years of experience in working on CISCO UCCE development Strong knowledge and experience in IVR call flow development: o CISCO UCCE ICM Scripting o CVP Scripting o JAVA Development Telephony configurations • Strong written and verbal communication skills
 
Experience Preferred:
  • Experience with administrating ESXi hosts, Virtual Machines, and Linux appliances • Knowledge of Windows Server & Linux OS, Windows/Linux scripting • Knowledge of Verint call recording solution • Knowledge of Noble outbound dialers • Knowledge of Cisco ICM and CVP call script development
 
Education Required:
  • BE in IT or related area
 
Education Preferred:
  • CISCO UCCE certifications (preferred)
