Job Description:

• Administer, implement, support and document procedures for the Microsoft 365 Platform with a focus on Exchange Online.
• Manage and maintain system configurations and actively troubleshoot issues.
• Work with end users on best practices and between IT and Security teams to ensure compliance.
• This position works regularly with the Senior Platform Exchange Engineer, Senior M365 Engineer and Principal Microsoft Enterprise Architect.

 
Skills
Must have:

• Administrative or engineer experience with the Microsoft ecosystem
• Working understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online
• Wholistic understanding of Microsoft platform
• Ability to document technical processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and customer experience skills
• Able to review published technology documents and define, communicate changes that impact our organization
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting

 
Education

• MCSE preferred / MCSA acceptable,
• 5+ years of experience

 
Languages

• English (Speak, Read, Write)
