- This IT Supply Chain Software Project Manager will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies.
- Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Support the development of Category Strategies which are robust enough to meet Company’s evolving business requirements.
Skills Required:
- Strong communicator that can effectively transition from bottom-up details to concise, clear executive-level messaging.
- Ability to build relationships and trust across organizations to drive decisions and alignment.
- Strong data & analytics understanding for synthesis of complex data into clear, understandable format.
- Initiative-taking and resourceful; comfortable with navigating ambiguity.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude to changing priorities.
- Collaborative leader and collaborator.
- Ability to creatively problem solve, adjust priorities, and manage workload with agility in the team, to deliver business critical objectives.
Skills Preferred:
- Strong understanding of Information Technology offerings and across Indirect categories
- Strong process competency and knowledge across complex sourcing processes (Power Apps, Ariba SLP, S2C, and P2P)
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of supply chain/commodity/program management experience
Experience Preferred:
- 8+ years of supply chain/program/commodity management experience in the Automotive industry
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Education Preferred:
- Master’s degree preferred, not mandatory (or in progress)
