Duties:

• This position will be hybrid on site 3 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs) and remote the other two days.

 
Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Service Catalog and API integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
• Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation within the ServiceNow platform
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on Service Catalog and API integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, including designing and implementing integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
