IT Program Manager #1018092
Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our IT Project Management Office (PMO).
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex, large-scale programs with significant organizational impact, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple interconnected technology enabled projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Measure success metrics for programs of organization-wide scope, including the development of commercial, customer-facing products.
• Coordinate and manage cross-program issues and dependencies to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide formal training and mentorship in Program Management to team members.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with program delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
• Utilize program management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on program status.

 
Qualifications:

• Program Management certification (e.g., PgMP, MSP) or related experience.
• Proven experience in leading complex, large-scale transformation programs with significant organizational impact.
• Proficient in overseeing programs consisting of related projects and defining success metrics.
• Strong understanding of cross-program issues and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 
Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with ServiceNow. Delivery experience is highly desirable. 
• Proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in program management software and tools.

 
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
