Duties:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and Analytics Project Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing data-driven projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data and analytics projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to implement data solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

Skills:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in data and analytics.
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.

 
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
