WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• We are looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team.
• The IT Project Manage plays a crucial role in overseeing technology-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role.
• The IT Project Manager will be responsible for developing a cohesive project plan with defined tasks and assigned resources, managing and remediating issues and risks, communicating status to executives, and leading the project team to ensure successful technology implementations.

 
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Project Planning and Implementation: Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with outlined objectives.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless project execution.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks & issues to minimize potential issues.
• Performance Measurement: Use appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Report and escalate issues to management as needed and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project objectives are met.

 
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT or a related field.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have the ability to travel (up to 10%).
• Must have the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must have the ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
