Job Title: System Engineer
 
Job Duties: Design, implement and manage complex Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) architectures and its integrated adjunct platforms. Assess, design and document technical requirements supporting business needs. Analyze system requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Develop implementation requirements for technical infrastructure and services. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Perform risk and impact management, proactive problem identification, and implement mitigation strategies to reduce operational downtime and enhance service quality. Configure and build profiles in a Cisco UCCE solution. Conduct system audits and conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Will work in Livonia, MI and/or various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Some projects may allow telecommuting. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to client sites throughout the U.S. as required by project.
 
Salary: $125,000/year

Use Reactive Redis for scalable caching in reactive applications. Use Spring Gateway for API routing, load balancing and centralized configuration. Implement API management and security using Spring Gateway and Spring Cloud. Implement and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
