Job Description:
- Business Architect with Data and Solution Architecture knowledge helps define and describe the future state of an enterprise’s business processes, technology, and information to best support the business strategy.
- BA help define the actions required, the overall roadmap, and the standards and guidelines to get from the current state to the desired future state.
- The core area to support is Digital Marketing and eCommerce
- Develops and/or enhances specific artifacts such as business capability maps and value streams to help bridge the gap between strategy and execution, and helps streamline and rationalize the IT investment processes
- Collaborate with the product/business teams to understand related business processes
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Understanding business requirements and defining technical architecture-based solutions that align to Company’s Patterns and Standards.
- Utilize Design Thinking while working with Product teams to define, assemble and integrate components based on standards and business requirements (examples: hardware, software, availability, scalability and reliability)
- Develops and Communicates Architecture design for new features
- Develop data models and provide references for data needs
- Create business process map, user journey map and data flow integration diagrams
- Support creation of conceptual design proposals from requirements
- Collaborate and coordinate on designing the solution for the requirements
- Develop and maintain enterprise blueprints
- Review and ensure actual solutions meet the conceptual design and aligns with strategic objective
- Guides the formulation of a business strategy by defining business architecture with Blueprints
- Drive to follow an idea to its logical conclusion, present PoV and ideas to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Leverage TOGAF guidelines
Skills Required:
- Bachelor/Master of Engineering in Comp Science or related stream
- Overall 8+ years in IT with gradual experience of application development, support and architecture.
- Recent 2-3 years role as Enterprise/Business Architect
- Strong Business Acumen especially with eCommerce and Sales/Aftermarket area, its associated business capabilities and solutions
- Ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions.
- Knowledge of Hopex or equivalent EA Modeling tools
- Experience creating and using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect and aggregate business capabilities
- Expertise with Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman
- Expertise in creating business flows, business capability mappings, Blueprints, E2E Landscape Views
- Negotiation skills and ability to work with several and diverse set of stakeholders/customer
- Creates and owns the High level and low-level technical designs elements of the projects
- Interprets business user functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. performance, security) to develop system specifications in close cooperation with business analysts and business customers
- Strong knowledge on Visio, Miro and other Project Technical Artifact creation tools and diagrams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Solution Architecture skills - Experience with multi-tier architecture applications
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and project timelines
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure)
Experience Required:
- Candidates should have 8+ years’ experience in related business/IT including progressive experience in the architecture or engineering space with hands on Business Analysis and/or Product Design and Product management.
Experience Preferred:
- Strong Business Acumen especially with eCommerce and Sales/Aftermarket area, its associated business capabilities and solutions
Education Required:
