Job Description:
- SAP S/4 HANA - MM Functional Consultant Background: has recently initiated an effort, referred to as the Integrated ERP Program (iERP) to significantly reduce the size and complexity of technical footprint, refocus on differentiating capabilities, and standardize their business processes.
- Current iERP focus is on the transformation of Finance and Direct Procurement with supporting the pilot launch and deploying to all the remaining regions of the world.
- This job request is for SAP Functional consultant/lead with expertise in ERP implementations for SAP modules Material Management in Direct Procurement in Automotive / Manufacturing industry focusing in the area of requisitioning to ordering process.
Skills Required:
Primary Skills Required:
- SAP S/4 HANA - MM Functional Consultant
- 7 to 10 years of IT experience
- 5 to 7 years of functional experience with following SAP modules – Material Management covering processes from Requisitioning to ordering (with purchase orders or scheduling agreements), Directed Tier 2, Sub-contracting, Intercompany
- Experienced in at least 1 full life cycle of S4 HANA and Fiori implementation

Experience Required:
- Experienced in at least 1 full life cycle of S4 HANA and Fiori implementation
- Ability to lead collaborative global teams during steady state, post go live and developing strategic solutions
- Highly motivated team member with good interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Experience in hands-on and root-cause analysis skills

- Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing industry
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems /MCA/B.E/B.Tech or related field preferred or Associates Degree
Education Preferred:
- Relevant SAP Certification
- Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing and Supply Chain Collaboration and integrations with S/4 integration
Additional Information :
- This position requires working from the GTBC site Chennai, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM most days of the week.
- However, candidates should be flexible to adjust their support timings as needed to meet the business urgencies
- Candidates must be located within Chennai or be willing to relocate to Chennai.
- Being in the office as per local work guidelines is required.
- Working hours may extend, and availability during weekends may be necessary based on support needs.
