- CICD knowledge and Agile Methodology
- Software development includes new projects, maintenance, small changes and diagnostics of operational defects delivered in sprints.
- Created test driven development using test cases created by automated testing software (Cyara)
- Work collaboratively with both infrastructure and development teams to diagnose production support issues
Skills Required:
- Nice CXOne IVR application development, Conversational AI / Voicebots using Google Dialog flow CX or Omilia
Skills Preferred:
- Cisco CVP, Java, Rest Web Services, UCCE, ICM
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in working on CCaaS Voice flows development Strong knowledge and experience in IVR call flow development:
Experience Preferred:
- 2+ Yrs of experience in CCaaS migration and building of conversational AI
Education Required:
- BE or Equivalent
