Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Product Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of Salesforce products.
- This individual will be responsible for driving product development , ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality execution.
- This role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies and a proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining high quality.
Skills Required:
- Collaborate with product owners to define product requirements and timelines.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch.
- Create and maintain project plans, track progress, and identify potential roadblocks.
- Manage resources and budgets effectively.
- Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure efficient and effective product development.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Continuously improve product delivery processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in product delivery or project management.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA.
- Exposure to Salesforce and Salesforce certifications will be a added advantage in delivery.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in product delivery or project management.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA.
