Systems Engineering Senior #1020201Job Description:
- Seeking an experienced GCP ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development, data warehousing, and GCP services such as Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Dataproc, BigQuery, Data Fusion to automate data ingestion, transformation and processing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop ETL Pipelines: Create data pipelines using GCP services like Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Dataproc, and BigQuery to extract data from various sources, transform it, and load it into target systems.
- Data Warehousing: Design and implement data warehouses on BigQuery to store and manage large datasets.
- Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including APIs, databases, and files, using GCP services like Cloud Data Fusion and Cloud Functions.
- Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data quality and governance by implementing data validation, data cleansing, and data security measures.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and optimize pipeline performance.
