- Summary/Overview: We are seeking a AI Specialist/Engineer focused on building and deploying AI-powered Copilots, intelligent agents, and chatbots. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI techniques such as natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and cognitive automation to develop solutions that enhance user experience, automate tasks, and provide intelligent assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Copilot and Agent Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered Copilots and intelligent agents to automate tasks, provide proactive assistance, and enhance user productivity.
- Chatbot Creation: Build and deploy chatbots using NLP techniques to provide conversational interfaces for various applications, including customer support, information retrieval, and task completion.
- Requirements Gathering: Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI models and applications.
- AI Model Development: Develop and fine-tune AI algorithms, models, and programs to solve complex problems, generate recommendations, extract patterns, make predictions, interpret sensor data (images, sound), orchestrate automation, and enable self-service capabilities.
- Integration and Deployment: Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and deploy them in a production environment.
- Experimentation and Optimization: Perform experimentation to evaluate the performance of AI models and optimize them for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge in developing and deploying AI solutions using techniques such as natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and cognitive automation.
- Proven experience in building and deploying chatbots and/or intelligent agents
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar languages commonly used in AI development.
- Exposure to AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
- Exposure with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI models in a production environment.
Experience Required:
- Experience in chat bot development and Co-Pilot Experience in using Python
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
