- company is seeking a talented and experienced SAP Datasphere Engineer to join our dynamic MMP data and analytics team.
- This role requires a strong foundation in traditional SAP BW/BI concepts and recent hands-on experience designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing solutions within SAP Datasphere.
- You will be responsible for the full data lifecycle within Datasphere, covering data integration from various sources, robust data modeling, performance tuning, and enabling insightful Frontend reporting via SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- This is a hands-on technical role requiring collaboration with business users and other technical teams to deliver effective data solutions.
Skills Required:
- SAP DATASPHERE, SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD
Skills Preferred:
- ABAP CDS, Google Cloud Platform
Experience Required:
- 10 years of experience in SAP Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence (e.g., SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAP HANA SQL Data Warehousing).
- Demonstrable, hands-on project experience working with SAP Datasphere, covering the full stack: data integration, modeling (Data/Business Builder), Spaces management, and SAC connectivity.
- Strong SQL scripting and data modeling skills (dimensional/relational).
- Experience connecting Datasphere to source systems (SAP & Non-SAP).
- Experience developing reports/dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) connected to Datasphere.
- Experience with developing ABAP CDS views for data extraction is highly desirable, particularly if sourcing from S/4HANA.
- Proven ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, optimize performance, and troubleshoot technical issues within the SAP data ecosystem.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and performance optimization techniques specific to data platforms like Datasphere and HANA.
- Self-starter, capable of working independently as an Individual Contributor.
- Good communication skills.
Experience Preferred:
- Experience with other SAP BTP services and Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of specific SAP module data structures (e.g., S/4HANA Material Planning & Logistics).
- Relevant SAP Certifications.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
