Software Engineer Practitioner #1030152Job Description:
- Deliver key enhancements and development projects part of Global Programs.
- Review ongoing production software operations and troubleshoot production issues.
- Implement tooling that monitors application performance metrics and automatically notifies team when a failure occurs in production.
- Participate in all team Agile ceremonies as well adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Support applications the context of the application and service management process framework.
- Work with the global team to plan and perform disaster recovery tests.
- Supports management initiatives including trainings and data analyses.
- Learn and habit to Ford processes and tools, e.g., PDO, AGILE, GRC and willing to understand processes and tools utilized by the interfacing application teams.
- Engages in activities related to IT security and controls, e.g., access controls, documentation and testing of controls and internal/ external audits.
- This role involves the strong need for effective communication in English with global internal customers and other IT teams during the day-to-day work

Experience Required:
- 4-8 Years
Experience Preferred:
- AGILE Methodologies. Usage of Rally and JIRA tools.
