Job Description:

Employees in this job function plan and oversees the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.).
They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise
Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc.
Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers
Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements
Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources
Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews
Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs
Manage technology product goals and forecasts.
Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap
Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile, waterfall etc.

Position Description:

This is a project management role in Global Manufacturing.
The role would be responsible for provisioning all Plant Floor Systems Infrastructure at Greenfield / brownfield sites and a few New Model Programs at various plants globally.
As a Project Manager, you will interact with a wide variety of personality and management levels.
As the PM you will collaborate closely with BIT, IT technical architects, AD teams, and IT Operations personnel to manage the planning and delivery of IT hardware and infrastructure projects.

Position Qualifications:
Must Have Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the business customer and IT personnel.
5+ years experience with Microsoft office tools (MS Project, Excel) and Rally
Experience and proven ability to Project Manage Large Scale IT Development and/or Infrastructure Deployments
Effective at managing Scope, Schedule, Costs, Risks, and Issues - Communication
Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
Must ensure project implements quality assurance and quality control processes
Perform at an extremely high level of project management competence and maturity
Ability to communicate effectively with business users and IT professionals including globally distributed teams
Strong written and oral communication skills: ability to adjust appropriately for the audience; clear communication
Ability to utilize desktop tools to communicate (Instant Messaging, WebEx, Audio Conference etc.)

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior Manufacturing experience - ITO experience or understanding of infrastructure provisioning / operations - PMP Certification
