Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Consultant with 6-7 years of hands-on experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, best practices, and a strong proficiency in APEX development.
- This role involves leading client engagements from discovery to deployment, designing scalable solutions, configuring the platform, and developing custom functionalities to meet complex business requirements.
- The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through their Salesforce journey and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design robust, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions leveraging standard Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, as well as custom development when necessary.
- Develop comprehensive solution design documents, including data models, process flows, security models, and integration strategies.
- Recommend best practices for Salesforce configuration, data management, and user adoption.
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules, including Sales Processes, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Case Management, Knowledge, Entitlements, Service Console, etc.
- Implement declarative automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Develop custom APEX classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards.
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules, including Sales Processes, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Case Management, Knowledge, Entitlements, Service Console, etc.
- Implement declarative automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
