Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Consultant with 6-7 years of hands-on experience to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, best practices, and a strong proficiency in APEX development.
  • This role involves leading client engagements from discovery to deployment, designing scalable solutions, configuring the platform, and developing custom functionalities to meet complex business requirements.
  • The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through their Salesforce journey and ensuring successful project delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design robust, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions leveraging standard Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, as well as custom development when necessary.
  • Develop comprehensive solution design documents, including data models, process flows, security models, and integration strategies.
  • Recommend best practices for Salesforce configuration, data management, and user adoption.
  • Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules, including Sales Processes, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Case Management, Knowledge, Entitlements, Service Console, etc.
  • Implement declarative automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Develop custom APEX classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards.
  • Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules, including Sales Processes, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Case Management, Knowledge, Entitlements, Service Console, etc.
  • Implement declarative automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Develop custom APEX classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality.

Skills Required:

Skills Preferred:

Experience Required:
  • Engineer 3 Exp: Prac. In 2 coding lang. or adv. Prac. in 1 lang. 6+ years in IT; 4+ years in development
 
Experience Preferred:
  • Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud & Apex Developer,
 
Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
