Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced, certified, and passionate Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.
- The Scrum Master will be a servant leader responsible for guiding, coaching, and enabling our development teams to achieve self-organization and deliver high-quality products.
- This role involves ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments to the team's progress, and leveraging tools like Jira for effective project management and transparency.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and development processes is crucial to successfully support our teams working within this ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate will foster an environment of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
- Experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, QA) within the Salesforce ecosystem is beneficial for understanding technical challenges.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I) are a plus.
- Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g., various Burndown technologies, Retrospective formats).
- Experience working with global teams.

- Specialist Exp: 6 years in IT; scrum master
Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) as a Scrum Master for a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM II) from Scrum.org, or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is required.
- Demonstrable expert-level proficiency with Jira for Agile project management, including setting up boards, configuring workflows, generating reports, and managing backlogs and sprints.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including an understanding of Salesforce development, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, demonstrating servant leadership, without being authoritative.
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Scrum Facilitation: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring they are productive, positive, and kept within their timeboxes.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Coach the Scrum Team, Product Owner, and the organization on Agile values, principles, and Scrum practices. Guide the team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.
- Impediment Removal: Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments, protecting the team from external distractions and interferences.
- Process Improvement: Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach them to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Encourage and implement opportunities for the team to improve their workflow and processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between the development team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders.
- Product Backlog Support: Support the Product Owner in finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management, ensuring clear and concise Product Backlog items within Jira.
- Jira Administration & Utilization: Expertly set up, configure, and maintain Jira boards, workflows, and reports to support Scrum team activities and provide clear visibility into project progress, backlogs, and metrics. Guide the team on best practices for using Jira for sprint planning, daily scrum updates, and tracking work.
- Salesforce Domain Knowledge: Apply a solid understanding of Salesforce development processes, architecture, and common challenges to effectively support teams building and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Help teams navigate Salesforce-specific dependencies and release management.
- Conflict Resolution: Facilitate discussion, decision-making.
