We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce MuleSoft Developer to join our integration team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect our various business applications, data sources, and APIs. He/she will be involved in full stack development and implement end-to-end components using Mulesoft. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform and a strong understanding of API-led connectivity principles. You will play a critical part in our digital transformation by building a seamless and efficient application network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience of 4+ years in developing and implementing integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and CloudHub.
- Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.
- Experience with data transformation using DataWeave.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and API-led connectivity.
- Have a sound understanding of CI/CD processes, agile development, possess deep understanding of programming fundamentals
- Familiarity with data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Open to and can learn new framework, languages and tools as required on projects
- Programming Skills: Background in Java programming is highly beneficial as MuleSoft is built on Java.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex integration issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and source control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of security protocols such as OAuth.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Certifications While practical experience is key, the following certifications are highly regarded and demonstrate a validated level of expertise:
- Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer I: This is the foundational certification that validates an individual's ability to design, build, test, debug, and manage basic APIs and integrations using MuleSoft.
- Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer II: This certification is for developers who have more advanced experience and can work independently on complex integration projects.
- The Developer I certification is a prerequisite.

Additional Information:
- Integration and API Development: Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions and APIs using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
- This includes developing Mule applications, creating API specifications, and implementing complex integration logic.
- System Connectivity: Develop integrations to connect a variety of systems, including Salesforce, databases, web services, and other SaaS applications.

- Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for all developed integrations and APIs throughout the software development lifecycle.
