Software Testing Senior Specialist #1057520Job Description:
- Performance Tools: Proficiency in modern load testing frameworks such as JMeter, Locust ,k6. CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience building and managing workflows in GitHub Actions (or similar tools like Jenkins/GitLab CI).
- AI & Automation: Demonstrated ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or internal LLMs) to automate repetitive scripting tasks.
- Languages: Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
- Observability: Experience with any of the monitoring stacks such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana or New Relic. Infrastructure: Understanding of cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Skills Required:
- L&P Testing, react js, HTML, CSS, JMeter, CI/CD, Java, JavaScript.
Skills Preferred:
- PostgreSQL, CI/CD, Node.js, GCP
Experience Required:
- Senior Specialist Exp: 10+ years in IT; 5 years in testing
Experience Preferred:
- AI-Enhanced Scripting: Pioneer the use of Generative AI and LLMs to accelerate the creation, maintenance, and refactoring of performance test scripts Load Testing: Design and execute complex load, stress, and endurance test to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Pipeline Integration: Architect and maintain automated performance testing workflows within GitHub Actions, ensuring every build is validated against performance benchmarks.
- Analysis & Observability: Analyze execution results to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to development teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Lead Engineers and Architects to define Performance SLOs/SLIs (Service Level Objectives/Indicators).
- Innovation: Continuously evaluate new AI tools and performance testing frameworks to reduce manual overhead and increase test coverage.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
