- We are looking for an Executive Assistant / Operations Administrator to support senior leaders by providing high-impact administrative, operational, and coordination support.

Additional Information :
- Leadership Support: Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, managing complex global calendars, prioritizing communications, and handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Travel & Events: Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel, including expense reconciliation.
- Plan and execute logistics for leadership engagements, All Hands, off-sites, and regional events.
- Meetings & Communications: Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, including setting agendas, preparing executive-level materials, capturing decisions, and driving action items to closure.
- Operations: Provide operational support, including departmental planning, financial data coordination, and purchase order facilitation, partnering cross-functionally to ensure efficient workflows.
- Culture: Support employee engagement, recognition programs, and team events to foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Administrator supporting senior leaders, ideally in a global, multi-time-zone setting.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and corporate travel/expense tools (e.g., SAP Concur, Expensify, Workday).
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience managing large-scale events, complex scheduling, and executive presentations.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with sound judgment amid ambiguity.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
