Business Intelligence Senior Specialist #1058151Job Description:
Employees in this job function are responsible for enabling intelligent business decisions by designing robust analytics solutions through a blend of business acumen, data and analytics proficiency and technical solution architecture; leveraging knowledge and expertise in multiple tools for data integration, data modeling, data analysis tools, advanced data visualization tools etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Create strong business partnership for intelligent solutions through stakeholder interviews and solution designs
- Own the design, implementation and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and end-user tools to drive key business decisions. Use advanced visualization tools like Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI etc.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of business problems and data issues to formulate recommendations for business improvement and technical efficiency. Use data modeling tools, data analysis tools, advanced programming languages like R, Python, SQL, etc.
- Identify and implement avenues to optimize and enhance data analysis, interpretation and visualization tools, techniques and methodologies for functional analysts
- Design and implement new metrics, techniques and strategies to improve business KPI, metrics unity and end-user adoption
- Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Management teams to improve data completeness, usability, and performance

Experience Required:
- Senior Specialist Exp: 7+ experience in relevant field.
Experience Preferred:
- Direct experience or certification with WorkForce Software (WFS) (e.g., PT101, PT102).
- Background in automotive, logistics, or high-volume industrial environments.
- IT/Business Analysis experience supporting complex, large-scale enterprise programs.
- WFM Scale Experience: Direct experience administering, configuring, or implementing a major WFM platform for a large-scale population (10,000+ employees).
- Manufacturing/Union Context: Strong track record navigating the complexities of union work rules, rotating shifts, and plant-based scheduling.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with US/Canadian labor regulations (FLSA, provincial laws) and their functional application in timekeeping systems.

- Design, Requirements & Config: Collaborate on design opportunities, draft functional requirements, and assist with build, policy profile setup, and rule configuration for Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management.
- Rule Engine Translation: Support the translation of complex union contracts, labor laws, and manufacturing work rules into system logic, reviewing build components to ensure quality.
- System Testing & QA: Assist with end-to-end testing, supporting test execution and configuration validation to ensure the platform meets business and technical specifications.
- ATLAS Rollout Support: Support the end-user rollout of ATLAS across manufacturing and distribution locations, assisting with change management, training, and operational adoption.
- Strategic Support & Product Management
- Product Partnership: Assist Product Management in understanding Business Owner needs, translating strategic objectives into plans, and validating solutions.
- Roadmap & Alignment: Support the development and communication of product vision, strategy, and functional roadmaps for the Timekeeping Modernization portfolio.
- Backlog & Requirements: Help prioritize and manage the product backlog, assisting with discussions to translate strategic ideas into clear requirements and specifications. Program & Project Execution
- End-to-End Delivery: Support the coordination of project and operational deliverables across the ATLAS program, ensuring timely, quality delivery of modernized WFM solutions.
