Job Description:
  • Works closely with the Product Managers and other Product Anchor to build continuous technical improvement in the CRM Vehicle Data Management - Sales Cloud Team.
  • Collaborate with other developers to reduce complexity, utilizing out of the box capabilities whenever possible.
  • Delivers engineering excellence (e.g., best practices and quality) iteratively according to the vision of the Product Manager and Product Anchor to meet customer needs.
  • Understand and execute the solution requested by the Product Manager & Product Anchor, clarify acceptance criteria and provide options, avoiding customization whenever possible.
  • Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile, and user-centric perspective.
  • Contribute to the improved development, structure, technology, and tools used within Pro ecosystem.
 
Skills Required:
  • Salesforce
 
Skills Preferred:
  • Data Analysis
 
Experience Required:
  • Engineer 3 Exp: Proficient In 2 coding lang. or adv. Prac. in 1 lang.
  • 6+ years in IT; 4+ years in development
 
Experience Preferred:
  • Experience and Skills: 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce projects Salesforce certified engineer.
 
Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree

Scope: 
  • Delivers solutions in keeping with the design principles of the CRM product group for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Be involved in technical discussions and provide suggestions to product team.
  • Deliver industry-leading products and services to maximize value and productivity for commercial customers based on the Salesforce platform.
  • Coordinate with other CRM product teams to provide solutions.
  • Creates end-to-end testing for the team's work using Salesforce and other industry tools.
  • Contribute to the documentation for architecture, training, release notes, and deployment of solutions built by the product team.
  • Provide user and deployment support as needed.
  • Contributes to team ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, demo and retro.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Technical expert who has experience building platforms, underlying services for re-use, and Sales Cloud capabilities on Salesforce.
  • Understands business priorities and technical feasibility to pick up work, identify dependencies and manage risks.
  • Ability to jump in and assist product team to resolve technical blockers.
  • Focus on delivering product value through reusable services and technologies that other product teams can leverage.
  • Create modular, expandable, and reusable components.
