Position Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and maintain our IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
- In this role, you will build and optimize technical solutions that streamline IT workflows, improve service delivery, and support our organization's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Module Configuration: Configure and customize core ServiceNow ITSM modules, specifically Request (REQ), Incident (INC), Major Incident (MIM), Problem (PRB), and Change Management (CHG).
- Platform Development: Design, build, and maintain forms, record producers, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and complex workflows (using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer).
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes and requirements into robust, scalable technical configurations.
- Support & Maintenance: Assist with platform upgrades, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure platform stability and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with deep technical and functional knowledge of the ITSM suite.
- Strong expertise in configuring forms, record producers, business rules, and workflows.
- Broad understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required.
Skills Required:
- Software Development ServiceNow development for ITSM process
Skills Preferred:
- DevOps
Experience Required:
- Engineer 2 Exp.: Practitioner: 1 coding language or framework.
- 4+ years in IT; 3+ years in development
Experience Preferred:
- Knowledge of scripting, experience with JIRA
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
