Our client needed a technical refresh of a major Marketing and Sales systems to address security, legal compliance, and eliminate tech debt.
We established a sprint team that helped speed up the core delivery timelines by addressing the production backlog. Our team was responsible for UX re-designed UX, optimized Mobile browser, implemented new design constructs with Analytical Tagging strategy aligned to key insights management, and delivered next generation feature guides.

Client wanted to move application to cloud while also developing enhancing marketing engagement metrics on the site.
FastTek was responsible for developing a plan to enable MS Dynamics platform/release / DevOps capabilities including implementing MS Application Lifecycle Management, CI/CD tools to dramatically increase release frequency and reduce release times.
